Marmalade x Qantas Business Rewards
1 Conversion
You may convert five (5) M-Coin for one (1) Qantas Point. The minimum conversion per transaction is 1 Qantas Point. Qantas Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number, fractions of a point will not be allocated.
For example, if you convert 6 M-Coin, this equates to 1.2 Qantas Points. As only whole Qantas Points can be credited, you will receive 1 Qantas Point, and the remaining M-Coin will not be converted.
2 Eligibility
To convert Qantas Points, you must be an active Qantas Business Rewards (QBR) member. The earning and conversion of Qantas Points are subject to the Marmalade Rewards Terms and Conditions and the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions.
3 Account Connection
Qantas Points are credited to the QBR account linked to your Marmalade account. The linked account is established upon your first conversion request with QBR.
4 Processing Time
Marmalade will use reasonable endeavours to allocate Qantas Points to your linked account within one (1) business day of receiving a valid transfer request. Once a transfer has been processed, it is final and cannot be refunded or reversed.
5 Privacy
QBR manages your personal information in line with its Privacy Policy.
6 Data Sharing
By linking your QBR membership to your Marmalade account, you authorise Marmalade to share relevant personal information with QBR for the purposes of fulfilling its obligations under these terms and crediting applicable Qantas Points to your account.
Marmalade x Virgin Australia Business Flyer
1 Conversion
You may convert five (5) M-Coin for one (1) Velocity Point. The minimum conversion per transaction is 1 Velocity Point. Velocity Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number; fractions of a point will not be allocated.
For example, if you convert 6 M-Coin, this equates to 1.2 Velocity Points. As only whole Velocity Points can be credited, you will receive 1 Velocity Point, and the remaining M-Coin will not be converted.
2 Eligibility
To convert M-Coin to Velocity Points, you must be an active Virgin Australia Business Flyer (VABF) member. Participation, membership, and the earning and conversion of Velocity Points are subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Velocity membership Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time). Any changes to Velocity Points earning or redemption, including those relating to Marmalade, will be governed by those Terms & Conditions.
3 Account connection
Velocity Points will only be credited to the VABF account linked to your Marmalade account. This connection is established upon your first conversion request with VABF.
4 Processing time
Marmalade will use reasonable endeavours to allocate Velocity Points to your linked account within seven (7) business days of receiving a valid transfer request.
5 Responsibility for Use
Marmalade is not responsible for the use, redemption, or management of Velocity Points once credited to your Velocity account. All queries regarding the use of Velocity Points should be directed to VABF.
6 Data sharing
By linking your VABF membership to your Marmalade account, you authorise Marmalade to share relevant personal information with VABF for the purposes of fulfilling its obligations under these terms and crediting applicable Velocity Points to your account.
